This customer is specialized in lithium and deep processing lithium compound series product development, production and management. In order to improve production efficiency, the company purchased a 35-ton energy-saving DHX type CFB boiler from Zozen Boilers. The furnace type combustion adaptability is wide, can burn high quality coal, can also burn a variety of inferior coal, combustion technology environmental protection.

The use of large tonnage circulating fluidized bed boiler is the development trend of lithium industry, of which 50 tons circulating fluidized bed boiler is also suitable for lithium industry a medium-sized environmental protection boiler. In 2017, the company proposed to invest 17,500 tons of battery grade lithium carbonate production line for its subsidiary. Again, a 50 ton DHX type CFB boiler was purchased from Zozen Boilers. The series CFB boiler has a wide range of load regulation and quick load regulation.

At present, due to the increasingly strict requirements of environmental protection, after ZOZEN’S team installed the CFB boiler for us, the emission of helium-oxygen compounds is much lower than that of pulverized coal furnace, and efficient desulfurization can be directly realized in the combustion process. Moreover, the technical equipment is economical and simple, and the initial investment and operation cost of desulfurization is much lower than that of pulverized coal and flue gas desulfurization.

DHX type CFB boiler can achieve up to 80%–90% desulfurization rate with proper ca – s ratio and limestone particle size. This series of boiler products can effectively solve the problems of boiler wear, coke blockage of feed back device, high original dust concentration of boiler, difficult slag discharge and so on by reducing the circulation ratio and optimizing the structure of key parts. The structure of the boiler is more reasonable, the performance is better, and the operation is more safe and reliable.
