Biomass fired boiler is a type of boiler, and the boiler that uses biomass energy as fuel is called biomass boiler. Water cooling system: including front water wall tube, side water wall, convection tube bundle, upper and lower drums, downcomer and header.

Drum: The outer diameter of the upper drum is 940mm, the thickness is 20mm, and the length is 8610mm (not counting the end caps), the inner diameter of the lower drum is 940mm, the thickness is 20, and the length is 4670mm (not counting the end caps). The materials are all used Q245R. The lower drum rests on the chassis through two steam drum supports, and the rear one is a movable support. The center distance of the upper and lower drums is 2250m, and the upper drum is supported on the welded water-cooled wall and the convection tube bundle. Inside the upper drum, there is a steam-water separator, a gas equalizing orifice plate, and a surface drain device, and the lower drum is equipped with a drain device.
