Product Description
The water walls on both sides of the furnace of the SZL series water tube boiler adopt a membrane water wall structure. The water wall pipes on the front and back walls of the furnace extend down to the upper part of the grate to form front and back arches. This not only increases the sealing performance of the boiler, but also increases the furnace volume and heating surface. At the same time, the strength of the rear arch is reinforced. Behind the furnace is a combustion chamber, a convection tube bundle, and an economizer at the rear. This series of boilers product flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, the combustion chamber, the convection tube bundle, and the economizer, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust collector, induced draft fan, and chimney.
The front wall of the assembled water tube boiler is equipped with secondary air, which is controlled by a valve, and is put into use when biomass fuel is used to intensify the combustion, so that the fuel is fully burned out, and the combustion efficiency is improved.
