The combination of intelligent combustion control and automatic safety interlock protection system ensures economical, environmental protection and safe operation. In the exhaust heat loss of this series of gas boilers, in addition to the sensible heat of the flue gas, water vapor also takes away a large amount of latent heat of vaporization. By reducing the exhaust gas temperature, all or part of the water vapor in the flue gas can be condensed, and the latent heat released during the condensation process can be recovered and utilized, the effective heat utilization of the boiler will increase, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler will be significantly improved.

Gas steam boilers focus on key technical factors such as the relationship between the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas and the exhaust gas temperature, the relationship between the condensation rate and thermal efficiency, and the corrosion rate of condensed water to different steel grades. Through reasonable design of the heating surface, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced. Ensure that the water vapor in the flue gas reaches the condensation rate required by the design, so that the thermal efficiency of the boiler is greatly improved. The low nitrogen condensing boiler adopts large size furnace structure and flue gas recirculation technology. This series of boiler products can achieve ultra-low nitrogen emission, NOX emission ≤30mg/Nm3.

The fuel of this series of steam boilers enters the burner from the external air source and generates high temperature flame through automatic adjustment and automatic ignition function. It enters the burnout chamber from the front end of the furnace, and enters the convection heating surface on the upper side of the rear of the burnout chamber. It enters the convection heating surface through the upper part of the front smoke box and leaves the boiler from the rear of the rear smoke box to the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere. If the smoke and dust are generated due to improper ventilation, it can settle in the front and rear smoke boxes and the burnout chamber respectively, and the inspection door can be opened to clean them all. The working fluid is heated to generate saturated steam and output to the operating system from the main steam valve.
