The boiler is equipped with explosion-proof doors and furnace pressure monitoring devices to ensure safe and reliable operation.

The upper and lower drums of the water-tube steam boiler are equipped with manholes at the front and rear, and inspection doors are arranged at the back of the furnace and on the flue, which is convenient for maintenance. The boiler is a self-contained boiler, which not only meets the requirements of transportation size, but also shortens the installation period. At the same time, the aluminum casing and the frame are connected by bolts, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. The main engine, chimney and piping system of SZS series steam boiler, of which the main engine and chimney have been manufactured in the factory, and the piping valves and instruments matching the main engine have been installed at random, and the main engine and chimney can be assembled on site. Connect the air source, power supply, and water pipelines on site to start a test run. The installation cycle is greatly shortened, and the product quality can be guaranteed.
