As we all know, biomass fired boilers have a wide range of fuel sources and are renewable green energy. It contains almost no sulfur and less ash, and its growth process can absorb all the CO2 produced by the combustion process, achieving zero CO2 emissions. Biomass energy will gradually replace coal and become one of the main energy sources. Biomass fuels include straws, wood branches, bamboo and wood processing waste, grain husks, fruit husks, sugar residues, oil residues, etc. According to its shape and size, it can be divided into three types: chip (≤3mm), sheet (≤50mm), and block (>50mm). DZL wood chip boiler has low fuel cost and greatly reduces operating costs.
The biomass fired boilers developed, designed and manufactured by our factory have been continuously improved in practical operation. At present, mature and stable technologies and products have been widely used. DZL series boilers through the secondary air designed and arranged in the furnace, disturb the flue gas dynamic conditions, replenish the volatile components of oxygen and embers in time, improve thermal efficiency and reduce emissions. Reasonable design ensures the protection of the arch and the rear grate, and avoids the periodic micro-explosion of the furnace.
For 2ton DZL series steam boilers, for wastes with moisture content, increase the length of the preheating section, provide effective heat source heating or directly put into the high temperature section of hot flue gas. If the peak load of gas consumption is prominent, or the waste contains glue and other easily coking components, a large number of heating surfaces are arranged in the furnace to solve the problem. DZL wood chip boiler can control the combustion and ignition speed by adjusting the speed-controlled secondary air volume. At the same time, according to the characteristics of fuel, manual feeding or mechanical feeding can be adopted. Long wooden strips (L≤2m) can burn without breaking.
The rated steam pressure of this series of boiler products is 1.25MPa, and the adaptability of coal types is wide. The design is compact and the appearance is novel. It can be widely used for industrial or domestic use in factories, mines, enterprises and government agencies. The working fluid of wood chips steam boiler circulates naturally. The boiler heat exchange system consists of a drum, left and right headers, water cooling walls and convection tube bundles. The main heating surface is the furnace water wall, part of the drum and the convection smoke tube bundle in the drum. This product is composed of five parts when it leaves the factory: the main body of the boiler, the flue gas duct, the dust collector, and the piping system.
DZL wood chip boiler grate air distribution is reasonable, combustion chamber is large, and the applicability of fuel types is strong. In order to better achieve the purpose of dust removal in the furnace, the middle wall of this series of boilers adopts a space structure. The front wall, middle wall and rear wall of the boiler are made of general-purpose refractory bricks. The boiler adopts the popularized green renewable biomass wood pellet fuel, with zero CO2 emission, soot emission concentration less than 50mg/m3, flue gas blackness less than Ringelmann level I, and all indicators meet the environmental protection standards of the first-class area.
