SZS gas steam boiler for double drum, longitudinal type, D type layout structure. The right side is the furnace, the left side is the convection tube bundle, and the superheater is arranged in the convection tube bundle area. The movable supports at both ends of the lower drum are fixed on the body chassis, and the boiler is expanded to both ends as a whole. D type package boiler furnace is surrounded by membrane water wall, the membrane water wall on the left of the furnace is completely sealed and separated from the convection tube bundle. The back part of the convection tube bundle area is a slurred staggered structure, and the front part is a aligned structure. The flue gas produced by combustion in the furnace enters the combustion chamber and convection tube bundle area from the smoke outlet at the back of the furnace, and then turns into the spiral finned tube energy saving device and condenser from the front part of the boiler, and finally enters the flue.
The series of boilers adopt forced circulation in the high temperature area to ensure that each part of the heating surface can be reliably cooled and prevent vaporization. The boiler is equipped with explosion-proof door and flame detector to ensure safe and reliable operation. The seal between the membrane wall and the drum on both sides of the gas steam boiler adopts comb plate, which eliminates the problem of condensate water and gas leakage caused by the sealing of refractory concrete. Air tightness inspection before leaving the factory to ensure no slight leakage of gas.
This series of gas-fired boilers adopt a larger furnace, with a low emission burner, NOx as low as 30mg/Nm3. The internal insulation measures are adopted in flue and boiler flue gas orifice to effectively reduce the noise of boiler operation. D type package boiler combustion chamber adopts the whole film type water wall structure, using micro positive pressure combustion, no smoke problem, no pollution in the operation environment.
This series of boiler products are mainly made of high quality aluminum silicate fiber, and then heat preservation with refractory mud. The temperature of furnace body is controlled below 45℃ to effectively control heat loss. Combustion chamber adopts narrow distance tube membrane type water wall, with good air tightness, reduce heat loss, improve the role of boiler thermal efficiency. The inside of the observation hole adopts formed high aluminum refractory material and sealing device of manhole cover, which has changed the problem of overheating caused by the use of firebrick masonry.
The front and rear walls of the D type package boiler body are all membrane structure, which greatly improves the service life of the front and rear walls. The key processing technology such as steel plate downslope, circle, drum drilling and so on adopts advanced numerical control processing technology to reduce the assembly stress and extend the service life of the boiler. All convection tubes in high temperature area adopt anti-chatter fasteners to prevent the fracture of the nozzle of convection tube bundle. The boiler longitudinal and circumferential seam welding adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure the welding quality. All longitudinal and circumferential welds are inspected by 100% radiography.
