Case Introduction:

Thermal fluid heater is used to provide heat energy for the reaction and fractionation process of residual oil hydrogenation in chemical industry. This is chemical plant is a new comprehensive chemical enterprise, which is engaged in petroleum processing, warehousing logistics and international trade services. The construction of its second project starts in 2018, planning to build 1.6 million tons residual oil hydrogenation each year. ZOZEN has rich experience in chemical industry. ZOZEN’S manufacturing technology of thermal fluid heater is unique and inimitable, ensuring the high quality of boilers. After professional explanation by ZOZEN’S engineer, this project leader ordered one set of 21MW YQL series gas-fired thermal fluid heater. This thermal fluid heater adopts multi-return coil tube design, which features safer operation, sufficient heating surface and 95% thermal efficiency. 21MW thermal fluid heater is also equipped with low nitrogen burner for energy saving and environmental protection.

The heating surface of the gas thermal oil boilers body has a compact structure. The heating surface is composed of inner and outer disks densely arranged. The inner coil is a radiant heating surface, and the outer surface of the outer coil and the inner coil constitute a convective heating surface. The 21MW thermal fluid heater products consists of an upper body and a lower combustion chamber, combined on site. After the combustion is fully burned in the combustion chamber, most of the heat is absorbed by the radiant heating surface, and the high-temperature flue gas enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange. After exiting the boiler, the air required for boiler combustion is heated in the air preheater, and then passed through the dust collector The flue gas is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan to be discharged into the atmosphere.

YQL series thermal oil boiler adopts liquid-phase circulation heating, no heat loss due to condensation discharge, and the heating system has high thermal efficiency. Obtain low-pressure and high-temperature heat medium, convenient adjustment, uniform heating, and satisfactory process temperature. The working medium of this series of boilers receives heat and releases heat as well as changes in volume caused by temperature rise and fall, and technical measures are provided to compensate for the changes in the system. Before circulating heating, there are technical measures to strictly control the content of air, moisture and other low volatile matter in the working medium.

The 21MW thermal fluid heater can precisely control the oil temperature and oil pressure, allowing you to be safe and worry-free. Vertical thermal oil boilers uses high quality heat preservation material inside large heating boiler, external stainless steel plate, minimize heat dissipation loss, improve the operating environment. Multi-layer tightly arranged tube bundles and multiple sealing and fixing ring steel for each ring can prevent short circuit of flue gas. The residual water is removed and the exhaust time of the system is reduced from 12 days to 2 days.
