The front and rear water wall pipes of the 6 tons SZL steam boiler furnace extend downward to the upper part of the grate to form front and rear arches. The inverted “α” arch technology is adopted in the design of the furnace arch of this series of coal-fired boilers. The front arch is high and short, and the back arch is low and long, which increases the burning time of flue gas in the furnace and improves the combustion efficiency. Streamlined rear arch can be in the rear of the grate blowing up the unburned carbon particles thrown forward, so that the coal is easier to ignite, ignition line neat. The applicability of coal is wide. The length of the front and rear shafts of the furnace is longer than that of domestic products of the same model, which prolongs the combustion time of fuel in the furnace, makes the combustion of coal fully, and reduces the carbon content of slag. This series of boilers increase the effective area of grate and enhance the overload capacity of boiler obviously.
