Case Introduction:
Zhuote chemical plant is mainly engaged in the production of pigment intermediate. The products include 2,5-Dimethoxy-4-chloroaniline, Naphthol AS-LC, NaphthoL AS-IRG and Hydroquinone Dimethyl, etc.. In order to expand capacity and improve the quality of their products, Zhuote chemical plant decided to update its production equipment. Many production processes, like distillation, rectification and drying need a number of steam. Therefore, the plant preferred a gas-fired firetube boiler with sufficient output and high efficiency. ZOZEN keeps a good reputation in the chemical industry and is recommended to cooperate with Zhuote chemical plant. After investigation and study, ZOZEN provided a WNS series 8 tph steam boiler for Zhuote chemical plant. This kind of boiler product features high efficiency and low consumption. A large diameter corrugated furnace is adopted for fuels to be fully burned. Thread smoke tube and condensator design make thermal efficiency reach above 98%.
WNS series boiler is equipped with high quality automatic water softener and dosing pump, which can automatically complete the whole process of water softening, dosing and resin regeneration.
