6 Tons biomass boiler design overview includes front water wall, side water wall, convection tube bundle, upper and lower barrel, down pipe and header. The upper barrel is 900mm in diameter, 16mm in thickness and 6110mm in length (excluding the heads at both ends). The lower barrel is 900mm in diameter and 16mm in thickness and 2830 in length (excluding the heads at both ends). The material is Q345R. The lower drum is placed on the chassis by two drum supports, behind which is a movable support. The center distance between the upper and lower drum is 2300m, and the upper drum is supported on the welded water wall and convection bundle. Automation biomass pellet boiler upper barrel is provided with water separator, air hole plate and surface sewage and other devices. The boiler barrel is provided with a sewage discharge device.

Biomass pellet steam boiler for the assembly of water tube boiler, the use of double drum longitudinal arrangement, combustion equipment with chain grate. Rated evaporation capacity of 6t/h. Rated steam pressure 1.6mpa, rated steam temperature 204℃, boiler design fuel biomass molding fuel. This series of steam boiler heating area is large, the third return using low resistance high expansion thread smoke pipe, boiler tail equipped with economizer, output, high thermal efficiency, low smoke temperature. The series boiler products are equipped with safety valve, pressure controller double “overpressure protection”, and electrode, float ball, smoke temperature triple water level protection.

The automation biomass pellet boiler is equipped with high quality plunger valve and low energy consumption auxiliary machine. The boiler is equipped with blower, induced draft fan, grate gearbox, coal loader, slag remover, economizer, dust collector, electric control system, water pump, water treatment and other main auxiliary machines and valve instruments. This series of biomass fired boiler adopts a dry cyclone dust removal or add a wet dust removal, boiler dust emission is low.

Radiant heating surfaces are arranged on the front wall and both sides of the furnace of biomass steam boiler, and 15 φ51×3 ascending tubes are drawn from the front collecting box to form the front wall water cooling wall. The water cooling wall is composed of 100 φ51×3 ascending pipes from each side of the collecting box. The front arch and the left and right side walls are arranged below the secondary air pipe, the secondary air in the middle of the furnace into all round. Cast iron economizer can also be arranged in the boiler, which can further reduce the boiler exhaust temperature. The flue gas temperature of the economizer outlet is lower than 170℃, and the pipe length of the economizer is 1500mm.

The automation biomass pellet boiler water wall pipes are arranged tightly, effectively reducing the temperature of the furnace walls on both sides. Therefore, the furnace wall behind the water-cooled walls on both sides can adopt a light furnace wall, which effectively reduces the transportation weight, and has the characteristics of fast start-up and rapid heating.
