Case Introduction
The factory is a large-scale joint enterprise in the non-ferrous metal industry that integrates copper mining, selection, smelting and adding. It is also a production base for copper products and an important source of sulfide raw materials, gold and silver, and rare metals. As we all know, in the copper smelting process, a large amount of electricity and steam are consumed, and the steam consumption used accounts for about 30-40% of this. Zozen Boilers provided two 40Tons SZS condensing gas fired boilers. The SZS condensing gas boiler adopts a D-type full membrane wall structure, and the combustion chamber uses a narrow-pitch tube membrane water wall. Has good airtightness and reduces heat loss. The furnace body is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber, and refractory mud is used for heat preservation. The temperature of the furnace body is controlled below 45°C to effectively control the heat loss.
