The natural gas quick-loading boiler adopts an advanced full wet back type, flue gas three-return horizontal fire tube structure. The fuel burns at a slight positive pressure in the furnace. The high-temperature flue gas enters the flue tube bundle through the return combustion chamber backward along the furnace, and turns 180° through the compression front smoke box to enter the second tube bundle. After convective heat exchange, it is discharged into the atmosphere and has a high thermal efficiency (greater than 95%). The 10t/h quick-loading boiler adopts a high thermal resistance fiber-enclosed metal outer shell as the thermal insulation layer, which has good thermal insulation performance. Because it has an integral steel structure base, it is very convenient to install it in place.
The fuel of the natural gas steam boiler is sprayed by the burner into the furnace of the water-in-water fire for combustion. The furnace is surrounded by water, and the flame and high-temperature flue gas flow from the front of the furnace to the back to form the first return; ; and then flow to the rear boiler flue gas outlet through the third return flue pipe to form the third return.

The flame is filled with high degree, the flue gas flows naturally and smoothly, and the combustion efficiency can reach more than 99.5%. This design enables the flue gas flow to achieve high-speed turbulence, preventing the occurrence of tube-side blockage. And strengthen heat transfer, reduce back pressure, improve heat transfer efficiency.
The natural gas boiler has high utilization efficiency, and the storage room can deal with load fluctuations, pressure instability and peak changes in time. And provide high-quality dry steam, eliminate the generation of additional condensate water, and prevent scaling inside the boiler. The design eliminates the leakage of flue gas and the local temperature of the smoke box is too high, and minimizes the heat dissipation loss of the boiler and the airtightness.
