SZL Series Hot Water Boiler Introduction

  • In terms of structural design, SZL series hot water boilers have larger furnace space than traditional boilers, and at the same time, they are arranged with very reasonable secondary air, which is conducive to the full combustion of biomass fuel. The feeding, combustion, slag removal, water supply and ignition of the boiler can be automatically controlled, and the operation is very convenient.
  • This series of biomass boiler is equipped with automatic ash cleaning device, which can timely remove the ash accumulated on the heating surface of the boiler, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the boiler. Economizer is arranged at the end of boiler and air preheater can also be arranged according to user’s needs.
  • Compared with traditional boilers, boilers have higher efficiency and lower exhaust temperature. The high efficiency insulation material is adopted, the boiler surface temperature is low, the heat dissipation loss can be ignored. Manhole, inspection door, fire hole, etc., maintenance is very convenient.

 

SZL Series Hot Water Boiler Advantages

  • SZL series double-drum longitudinal-type chain furnace drain hot water boiler adopts quick assembly or assembly structure. 2.8~4.2MW is the structure of quick-loading water pipe, which is factory-installed after being completely assembled in the factory; 4.2~29MW is composed of two upper and lower parts, the upper part is the body heating surface, and the lower part is the combustion equipment.
  • The front end of the boiler body is surrounded by the upper part of the water-cooled wall and the lower part of the drum is connected with the header to form a combustion chamber to absorb the radiant heat of the furnace. And the rear end of the boiler is arranged with a dense convection tube bundle between the upper and lower drums, and the high-temperature smoke after combustion after passing through the second return stroke.
  • The gas is flushed to the convective heating surface and then led to the separately arranged economizer, and finally enters the dust collector and is discharged through the chimney.
  • The SZL series hot water boiler is equipped with cyclone combustion chamber, which reduces the dust content of flue gas. At the same time, the hot carbon black particles are further burned, which improves the boiler thermal efficiency and reduces the blackness of flue gas. The concentration of soot emission meets the requirements of a class of environmental protection areas.
