The water pipe chain grate boiler has a small heating area, sufficient output and strong load regulation ability. The water tube chain grate boiler is assembled in the company into two parts: the upper heating surface body and the lower combustion equipment. The combustion chamber is composed of the water-cooled wall tubes arranged at the front end of the boiler body and around the furnace, rising to the upper drum. SZL water tube boiler arranges dense convection tube bundles between the upper and lower drums at its rear end to form a convection heating surface. The tail of this series of boiler products is equipped with a cast iron economizer and two inspection holes for easy inspection and maintenance and soot blowing at the tail.
This series of water-tube boiler grate adopts a new type of large non-leakage grate (the original grate is a sheet-shaped grate). This type of grate sheet makes the boiler run lightly and reliably, and the heated grate sheet is basically free from tension and not easy to be damaged. The coal leakage of the boiler is less than that of the flaked grate, which can save 1-2% of coal. And the ventilation conditions are good, and it has a certain self-cleaning ability.
SZL series steam boiler combustion equipment (grate) adopts technologies such as equal pressure subdivision ventilation structure with air ducts on both sides and segmented air supply, so that the excess air coefficient of the furnace is not higher than 1.5. This series of SZL series boilers have compact structure and small footprint. The boilers only need to be arranged in a single layer, so the investment in civil engineering is low.
The SZL water tube boiler grate has air intake on both sides, and the air chamber is equipped with air baffles. It can accurately adjust the air distribution volume of each stage of fuel combustion. Make the fire bed evenly distributed to facilitate the combustion of coal. According to the characteristics of fuel combustion, this boiler adopts shorter furnace arch, secondary air, and larger furnace volume, which can promote the fuel to be fully and effectively burned in the furnace.
